A walnut border around the fireplace. A picture-frame around the dining room. The kind of detail that makes a Delco home feel custom-built.
The picture-frame around a dining room. A walnut band around the fireplace. A diamond pattern at the entry. These are the details that turn a floor from “nice” into the first thing visitors notice.
During a new install or as a retrofit during a refinish — we can cut a border into an existing floor without removing the whole field.
Borders add 1-2 days to a typical project. Cost is mostly the wood and pattern complexity, not labor. We quote per linear foot for borders or per square foot for an inlay.
It’s the kind of detail that pays you back twice — once when you live with it, and again at resale.
Raw or pre-finished wood. Multiple widths available. Site-finished floors are installed, sanded, stained and sealed in-house.
Sand and refinish existing stairs or install brand-new treads and risers. We don't paint risers — but we'll point you to someone who does.
The trim work that finishes a floor. Stained to match your floor exactly or white primed pine.
Water damage, pet stains, gaps wide enough to lose a quarter. We weave new boards in seamlessly — you won't be able to spot the patch.
No high-pressure sales call. No upsell. Just a written estimate, from the same family who'll do the work.
