Waterproof, kid-proof, dog-proof. A great choice for kitchens, mudrooms and basements — installed with the same craft as our hardwood floors.
LVP is what you install where hardwood doesn’t make sense — basements, kitchens, mudrooms, kid bathrooms, the dog crate room. It’s fully waterproof, looks closer to real wood every year, and the click-lock systems install fast.
We install LVP with the same discipline as hardwood: subfloor leveled, transitions cut clean, no cheaty short cuts at the threshold. Most installs are floating systems over a moisture barrier — no nails, no glue. Removable if you change your mind in five years.
Samples from Coretec, Shaw, and Mohawk. Bring us a picture of the room you want done — we’ll bring three or four options to see in your actual space, with your actual light.
LVP isn’t hardwood and we won’t pretend otherwise. If you’ve got existing hardwood that just needs love, we’d rather sand your existing floor than sell you a vinyl override. LVP is the right answer for specific rooms, not for whole houses.
Raw or pre-finished wood. Multiple widths available. Site-finished floors are installed, sanded, stained and sealed in-house.
Sand and refinish existing stairs or install brand-new treads and risers. We don't paint risers — but we'll point you to someone who does.
A screen-and-coat refresh extends the life of your existing finish for a fraction of the cost of a full refinish. Wax removal, too.
Water damage, pet stains, gaps wide enough to lose a quarter. We weave new boards in seamlessly — you won't be able to spot the patch.
No high-pressure sales call. No upsell. Just a written estimate, from the same family who'll do the work.
