Raw or pre-finished wood. Multiple widths available. Site-finished floors are installed, sanded, stained and sealed in-house.
A brand-new hardwood floor, installed in your house by our crew. No subcontracting.
We install both. Site-finished gives you a smoother, lower-profile floor (the seams between boards fill in with the topcoat) and lets you match any stain color exactly. Pre-finished is faster and walkable the day it’s installed. We’ll tell you which is right for your project during the estimate.
Standard 2¼” strip, wider 3-5″ plank, or wide-plank 6″ and up. Red oak, white oak, hickory, maple, walnut — occasionally cherry. We’ll bring sample boards to your house before ordering. The lighting at home tells a different story than the showroom.
Most installations are nailed down over wood subfloor. Concrete slabs, radiant heat systems, or basements need floating or glue-down — we’ll spec that during the walk-through.
A typical 600-900 sq ft installation runs 4-7 days site-finished (install, sand, stain, three poly coats with dry time between) or 1-3 days pre-finished. We protect everything that doesn’t get sanded with plastic and tape.
Bring tired oak, maple or pine back to life. Match an existing room or pick a new stain color. We will have your floors looking brand new.
A screen-and-coat refresh extends the life of your existing finish for a fraction of the cost of a full refinish. Wax removal, too.
Sand and refinish existing stairs or install brand-new treads and risers. We don't paint risers — but we'll point you to someone who does.
A walnut border around the fireplace. A picture-frame around the dining room. The kind of detail that makes a Delco home feel custom-built.
No high-pressure sales call. No upsell. Just a written estimate, from the same family who'll do the work.
